MANDY CHAN 

Mandy have been a Dietitian for over 10 years and has worked in hospitals, community, not-for-profit organisations and private practices across Sydney and Perth before venturing into the joint partnership of this clinic in 2014. Her passion in the field of nutrition and dietetics is diabetes management. She completed further studies in Diabetes in 2011 and is now a Credentialed Diabetes Educator, being the first dual qualified, bilingual speaking practitioner in Perth. Mandy is also currently working part-time as the Senior Diabetes Dietitian at Fiona Stanley Hospital and Diabetes Telehealth Service at Diabetes WA.

 

Her aim is to provide education, motivation and support to assist her clients in making dietary and lifestyle changes necessary to achieve their goals. She provides tailored meal plans to her clients to meet their nutritional requirements while fitting into their lifestyle, cultural and family needs.

PRISCILLA LEE

Priscilla grew up in Hong Kong, and moved to Perth for university to study her growing passion in nutrition. Priscilla graduated from Curtin University in 2011 and is working in both private practice and Diabetes WA Telehealth Service. Priscilla speaks in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She is also an Optifast Accredtied Dietitian and have completed further training in Paediatric Nutrition, food allergy & Intolerances, Optifast VLED diet and Eating Disorders.

 

In 2019, Priscilla completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management and became a Credentialled Diabetes Educator in 2020.

CLARA CHAN

Bsc (Nutrition & Dietetics)

Clara is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who graduated from The University of Newcastle and currently services Hollywood Private Hospital, Peel Health Campus and the Royal Australian Air Force Association Aged Care Facilities. She also works in private practice and has experience in corporate health, running nutrition education workshops and cooking demonstrations. 

 

Clara works to ensure that the nutrition support you receive is updated and functional according to your individual needs. She is bilingual (English and Mandarin) and has an interest in chronic disease management (including diabetes and heart disease), geriatric nutrition, oncology nutrition, gastrointestinal issues and eating disorders.

PEARLYN LEE

Pearlyn started at AHC as a receptionist while completing her BSc of Nutrition and Masters of Dietetics. After graduating she has returned as an Accredited Practising Dietitian. She obtained her qualifications from Curtin University. In addition to working at AHC, Pearlyn is also working as a Clinical Dietitian at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital with interests in Hepatology, Renal, bariatric surgery and neurological conditions. 

 

Pearlyn has experience in providing dietetic care to a range of patients from young adults to the elderly within an aged care setting; dealing with several chronic health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, malnutrition, obesity and general healthy eating to improve quality of life. 

 

Pearlyn believes that food should be simple, and it should not be complicated with the newest diets or food fads. She believes that there is no one-size fits-all approach and aims to work with her clients to produce personalised plans that create the best outcomes for them.
